We ordered the pepperoni pizza, which was simply perfect – fresh, flavorful, and baked to perfection. The olives served alongside were a delightful surprise, unlike anything we've tasted before – absolutely exceptional! As for the prices, we were pleasantly surprised. “ Hamburger was Ok, but their pizza is great! We came late night and it was open, we immediately got a friendly welcoming and a table. The staff were ready to serve and were attentive to our needs (sometimes a bit too often). One thing i didn’t like was the card machine asking for Tips at payment. The staff deserve it, but just charge more in general to pay them a good salary. ”

And by bad luck I forgot my reading glasses, the waitress was so lovely and friendly and helped reading the menu for me since I couldn't. I ended up having the garlic bread and carbonara pasta. “ Sunday night in Edinburgh after 2300 and I was all ready to resign myself to a kebab and nothing else but Google’s ‘Open Now’ function allowed me to find this great Italian eatery and eat a fantastic meal even though it was past midnight. Two friendly ladies served all of the patrons that night and the entire menu was available, which was useful as I had not eaten since lunchtime. It was slightly weird when I was asked to leave - it was around 0200 and the restaurant is open until 0500 - but it was not done badly. ”

My husband had Bolognese but also the salad because otherwise he would eat mine and this was also amazing. “ This place has the best chips & doner. This is my go to after a night out & even on a normal day. The doner has such an amazing flavour, always tastes freshly made and delicious. I seriously recommend this spot for chips or a wrap. Portions are great for the price you pay. And workers are very friendly. My go to order is the chips cheese doner with garlic sauce. ”

Naturally, I was a little sceptical, but two lovely waitresses greeted me. I sat down, ordered a pizza, and prepared myself for it to be ‘just fine’. What I got instead was a pizza so perfect it made me question every life choice that had brought me to this moment. If you’re reading this, go. Immediately. I’m convinced the empty restaurant was some kind of cosmic fluke, and when you get there, you’ll probably find a queue down the block. But just in case it isn’t, enjoy the best pizza in Edinburgh. ”
